Registration

TEAM REGISTRATIONS CLOSED

Limited places still available in some age groups.

Please call the Centre on  9651 2777  to confirm availability in your age/competition.

Summer Registrations are on a full team basis. To register a team please download a Registration Form and process either online or at the Centre, as described below.

Team registrations are only accepted with full payment of registration fees for each player. Team Game Fees can also be paid at registration else need to be completed prior to play in Week 2.

Photos Player ID photos are required for all players 9yrs & over in 2011. Please email a clear, head & shoulders pic to julie@dslc.com.au in JPG format. To ease administration please name the file with the player’s Surname first then Christian Name.

Registration at the Centre

Drop the completed form, together with each player’s registration fee, into the Centre. Proof of date-of-birth is required for players under 18yrs.

Online Registration

Register your team first, then players register in that team using code & password. See below for details.

Team Registration
To pay registration/insurance fees online, team managers/captains must first call the Sports Centre on 9651 2777 to check availability in your competition.

When registered you will receive a team code (via email) which members (players) will need to use to register their details and pay.

Player Registration
Players, click HERE for Player Rego (and follow the prompts) to register yourself in your (previously registered) team and pay your registration/insurance fees online. You will need your team code & credit card. Your registration will not be accepted unless you complete the payment process with a valid credit card.

Team Managers

Managers, to check on your Team Details incl which team members have registered, click HERE AND enter your Team Code and Password, then follow the prompts.

First Game Time

Once teams and players are registered, draws/schedules will be created and uploaded to our website.  This will be completed by the Friday prior to the competition starting. Visit our website www.dslc.com.au to get your game time. Simply click on Futsal/Draws/Fixtures and follow the prompts. Alternatively call the Centre on 9651-2777 after this time.

All players will need uniforms with numbered shirts and shin pads else they will be unable to play.

Game Fees

Game fees are paid in full for the team for the full 20 week season. They are due prior to play in Wk 2. Online payment of game fees is not currently available so they will need to be paid at the Centre or over the phone prior to play.
